All products offered on Halo Tails are digital products. No physical goods will be shipped to you. Products include, but are not limited to:

Custom AI‑generated digital portraits (Royal Oil Painting, Vintage Oil Painting)
Custom AI‑generated memorial videos (Healing Cinematic Video)

4.2 Custom‑Made Products

All products we sell are custom‑made specifically for you based on the photos, pet information, and personal messages you provide. Because each product is uniquely created for you:

Production begins once we have received all required materials (photos and customization details).
Once production has begun, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are possible.

4.3 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, because our products are generated using artificial intelligence technology, we cannot guarantee that every product will perfectly replicate your pet's likeness. The final result may vary based on photo quality, AI interpretation, and other factors.

If you are not completely satisfied, we offer one minor revision free of charge. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Order Process

5.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and all customization details required for your product.

5.2 Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5.3 Photo Submission

After your order is confirmed, we will email you to collect the photos and customization details needed to create your product. Production begins only after we have received all required materials.

5.4 Delivery

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Content You Provide

By submitting photographs, pet information, personal messages, or any other content ("User Content") to us, you confirm and warrant that:

You own all rights to the User Content you submit, or you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use it;
Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
Your User Content does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
You have the consent of any identifiable individuals in your User Content (if applicable).

6.2 License Grant to Us

By submitting User Content to us, you grant the company operating Halo Tails a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of:

Creating and delivering your custom digital product;
Improving our AI algorithms and product quality (in anonymized form);
